” I’m not from the Bay Area but I have been living here for two years now and I have to say that Tucker’s is one of the best things in the Bay Area. The ice cream is always great and the stuff is always super nice and helpful. The location is perfect with it being in downtown Alameda.
“What can I say? We love Tucker’s so much we had their ice cream served at our wedding. The owners are very nice! The ice cream is delicious and it is on our “must eat” list for friends who come out to see us.”
“You can’t beat Tucker’s most flavorable and creamy ice cream and with the variety of ice cream flavors I’m always finding new favorites!”
“The smell of fresh waffle cones will draw you in if you’re walking along the street. The abundance of flavors will keep you there! I tried the salted butter caramel which was incredibly creamy and rich. My friend had the pumpkin and also loved it. The shop itself is huge with seating in the front, 2nd level, and an outdoor patio in the back. Highly recommend!”
“This place was nice! It was my first visit so I wasn’t sure about it, but the long line proved it was worth the wait. They have Really nice staff and delicious ice cream and fudge! Plenty of seating and adorable photos of youth sports teams that they sponsor along the wall. This is truly a family friendly place. I highly recommend it! “
“Anyone who gives less than 5 stars to Tucker’s is a crazy person. Best fudge ever. Best salted caramel ice cream ever. This place is an Alameda treasure.
“Arguably my favorite ice cream in the Bay Area. If I ever go to Alameda for dinner, a stop here at Tucker’s is a must. Each ice cream is rich in flavor. The texture is how ice cream should be (the perfect balance between frozen and creamy).”
“Tucker’s is a must if you’re ever in Alameda. The ice cream is tasty and creamy, everyone here is super friendly and there’s plenty of seating (both indoor and outdoor).”
